Terms

Once you are clear what Layout and/or Hosting package you would like and you have your text and you have chosen the graphics I will start building your Blog or website.

I work with Microsoft Frontpage 2002 and I use special effects to enhance the beauty of your site. I create pages to be viewed with IE 4.0 and higher.

Billing:
After I have received your order by email with specific details I will start working on your site. You will pay a 30% deposit for design fees before work on design begins. The remaining 70% will be due upon completion of the project.  Your site will not be posted for Internet viewing until all design fees have been paid.  If you decide to not continue with Country Art Web Design after the initial deposit has been paid and after design work has begun, no refund will be issued.

Hosting Fees:
I require $ 5.00 for setting up any hosting package plus $ 12.00 for registering your own domain name (http://yoursite.com)

Monthly payments for Hosting are due to be paid on the 15th of the previous month. If payment is late for longer than 7 days your account will be put on hold until payment is received. That means if I didn't receive your payment at the end of the month I will put your account on hold for the following month.

During my work I will keep you updated and send you links (password protected) to view your new webhome. I appreciate any suggestions and corrections!

Once your are  100 % happy with your site I will require the full amount of the order. This final payment has to be made within 3 working days. Once I receive the noticifation of your payment I will send you the final web address with the password for FTP access.

The Blogfriend web site, and all services rendered to my customers are provided "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  Under no circumstances shall The Blogfriend be liable or responsible for any incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, those resulting from loss of use, data, or server down time. 

The Blogfriend reserves the right to list your site, once designed by my services, in my portfolio.

All prices are for average complexity. If a site will require extra time or effort, prices may be higher but the client will be notified of any changes in price before beginning of the contract.

All prices are subject to change at any time.


Design & Hosting Credit:
A link to The Blogfriend will appear at the bottom of each page on the site. Client can choose text or graphic link.
